Broadcom ASIC Product Development Team Seeks NPI Product Development Engineer

Broadcom Corporation is looking for a highly skilled NPI Product Development Engineer to join our ASIC Product Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on leading-edge ASIC products, supplier sourcing, debugging, and solving technical issues to deliver the best products to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate price and capacity with suppliers to ensure optimal manufacturing capabilities.
  • Drive and track the manufacturing capabilities of suppliers to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the HBM manufacturing flow and constraints to ensure efficient production.
  • Work with worldwide cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Ensure supply quality and drive improvements to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage project risk, anticipate issues, and resolve complex problems to ensure successful product development.
  • Create innovative solutions to achieve the highest quality at given cost constraints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry, with a focus on sourcing and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain and Logistic constraints.
  • Basic knowledge of ATE and DFT (Design For Test) principles.
Compensation and Benefits:

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $182,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and equity in accordance with relevant plan documents and equity award agreements.
