About the Role

Rambus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Design and develop ATE hardware for NPI support, including load boards, probe cards, and interfaces.
  • Lead the life cycle of products from design to high-volume manufacturing, including prototypes and RMA/sustaining support.
  • Optimize yield, test time, multi-site count, and parallel test efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with test coverage and DFT (Scan/ATPG/JTAG/BIST).
  • Experience working with local and offshore OSATs.
  • Experience with Advantest V93k and Smartest, Redhat, and GIT/SVN.
  • Experience with DDR, M RDIMM (DB and RCD), and high-speed digital products preferred.
  • Ability to independently learn and problem-solve.
  • Comfort with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders.
