Product Development Manager

Axiado is a pioneering AI-enhanced security processor company that is revolutionizing the control and management of digital systems. We are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to lead our Product Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee product development tasks, including NPI, product sampling, and yield/cost improvements, transitioning from low to high-volume manufacturing.
- Lead NPI, characterization, and qualification activities, ensuring seamless product development and deployment.
- Manage subcontractor partners and drive the NPI process with a global OSAT team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Design and Test Engineering to enhance product screening, coverage, and yield at wafer-probe and package levels, driving innovation and excellence.
- Develop and implement process-oriented, data-driven production methods to ensure product quality, reducing test time and costs.
- Lead efforts to reduce test time and costs to meet manufacturing goals, ensuring timely delivery according to production schedules.
- Provide product engineering support for customer returns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 5-7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's/PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in successfully guiding multiple devices through NPI and scaling them to high-volume production, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
- Familiarity with silicon setups/testing, wafer-level testing, and statistical analysis, ensuring a strong foundation in product development.
- Strong statistical analysis skills, ability to conduct cross-functional meetings, and excellent communication and presentation skills, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
