Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Engineer to join our team. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for managing multiple new products through their full product lifecycle, from product compliance to sustainment of production released parts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate characterization, qualification, and test limit plans for new products, and drive measurements and statistical analysis to ensure product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple new products through their full product lifecycle, from product compliance to sustainment of production released parts.
  • Generate characterization, qualification, and test limit plans for new products based on REA guidelines and JEDEC standards.
  • Drive measurements and statistical analysis to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement production test solutions.
  • Continually look for opportunities to improve the NPI process and reduce documentation overhead.
  • Be a mentor to junior Product Engineering team members to accelerate their technical and career growth.

Requirements

  • Preferred with 10+ years of experience from Product Engineer, Quality Engineer, Test Engineer, Validation Engineer, and FA Engineer in fabless.
  • Detailed knowledge of digital/analog product characterization techniques and hands-on experience with characterization plans, PVT tests, and reports.
  • Strong statistical data analysis background for NPI/MP products and hands-on experience with PDF, JMP, Galaxy Examinator, VB, and other tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of product/package qualification processes and hands-on experience with HTOL, ESD, LU, HTS, TC, ELFR, UHAST, Endurance, and Retention tests.
  • Experienced in ATE testing on V93K (PS1600/PS9G/PSSL) ATE testers in CP/FT test and hands-on experience with ATE test debug analysis with Test program, STDF, datalog, etc.
  • Experienced in bench testing of electrical characteristics, Tx/Rx jitter, and eye diagram for memory interface products (RCD, DB, TS, SPD, etc).
  • Familiar with digital/analog product DFT/DFM methods, JEDEC specs, and product datasheets.
  • Detailed knowledge of CMOS process in HKMG/FINFET process.
  • Ability to manage complex projects in parallel and on schedule and preferred with project management experience.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail for risk management.
  • Good communication/reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated to work independently and in a team environment with project teams from different regions/time zones.
  • High energy, driven-to-succeed personality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with databases and creating regular reports.

Education

  • BSEE/MS/PHD in semiconductor-related majors.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000. This position is also eligible for bonus pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
