Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Provide estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments, ensuring that customers are fully informed and prepared for the work to be done.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customers and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Keep customers apprised of work progress, providing regular updates and ensuring that they are satisfied with the service being provided.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Solid computer system ability and awareness, with the ability to navigate and utilize our systems and software to complete tasks and provide information to customers.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with our standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is a plus, as is previous automotive experience.
  • Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to follow department procedures and policies, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory, with a good driving record.
