Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RV Sales Advisor to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Prep Manager to assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final sale.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of RVs for customer demonstrations, ensuring that all necessary features and amenities are showcased.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our RV products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with the Prep Manager to ensure that all sales goals and objectives are met, and that customer satisfaction is consistently high.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to ensure that our sales strategies remain effective and competitive.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for the RV industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is a plus.
