ServiceNow CSM Module Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow CSM Module Specialist to join our team at Stefanini Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize the current CSM module implementation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Identify areas for automation and integration within the CSM module to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITSM and CMDB modules with the CSM module.
  • Provide expertise in mapping ITSM processes to the CSM module, particularly in cases of high priority (P1-P5) incidents.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in ServiceNow, including the retail module, and provide recommendations for implementation.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex CSM issues and provide guidance to the development team.
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog of CSM work, ensuring that the most critical tasks are addressed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM module implementation and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and their integration with the CSM module.
  • Experience with automation and integration tools within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience with the retail module in ServiceNow is a plus.
