Administrative Coordinator for Clinical Trials and Equity Initiatives

Salary
The annual salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000, offering competitive compensation and unmatched benefits.
Job Description
The Administrative Associate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the program and lab. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, managing calendars, and handling various administrative tasks.
- Submitting and processing invoices, arranging travel details and bookings, and preparing for events.
- Maintaining administrative databases and providing support for Dr. Khan's clinical trials and language equity program.
- Processing reimbursements, adding new vendors to the system, and ensuring compliance with lab policies.
- Assisting supervisors with special projects and preparing complex reports and documents.
- Transcribing and typing correspondence, forms, reports, manuscripts, and other materials involving complex scientific, technical, and/or specialized terminology.
- Maintaining departmental files, records, and databases, and entering information into computer databases and/or spreadsheets.
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and supply inventory, receiving and reconciling supply orders and invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma/GED, with a bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of hospital programs, policies, procedures, and information related to your functions and services.
- Initiative in improving operations and the ability to assist in implementing changes.
