About the Role

The Account Executive: Ticketing role at AEG will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and businesses to sell various ticket packages. This includes leadership opportunities and selling One Knoxville ticketing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional customer service, assist with renewal and upgrade processes, and resolve client requests and concerns.
  • Ticket Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement customized programs, benefits, and events for season ticket account holders, including working at One Knox SC matches.
  • Group Sales and Management: Manage group sales, including setup, execution, and follow-up, to ensure a positive experience for group leaders and clients.
  • CRM and Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM to support sales and service efforts.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of career experience in event ticket sales.
  • Skills: Strong communication and conflict management skills, ability to establish rapport with colleagues and build strong social relationships, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time, and lift 20 lbs.
