Job Purpose: As a Ticket Office Worker FWS 24-25, you will work in the facility box office as assigned during ticketed athletic events. Your duties will include selling tickets, reconciling revenue, administering the player-guest pass list, scanning tickets, and maintaining a clean and organized box office environment.

Responsibilities:
• Sell tickets to fans and visitors during all home athletic contests as assigned.
• Reconcile revenue and ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Administer the player-guest pass list and manage ticket sales accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized box office environment, including scanning tickets and keeping the area tidy.

Qualifications:
Winthrop University Student with the ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends. Preferred skills include strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits:
Pay rate: $10.00/hour. Type of position: Federal Work Study. Position level: Graduate or Undergraduate. Hours per week: 10.
