Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service capacity, with high-volume call center experience preferred
  • Prior banking experience is preferred, but not required
  • Prior CRM experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual, Spanish-speaking preferred
