Job Title: Site Manager

Families Forward, a member of The Fedcap Group, is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations and supervise staff at our Augusta, Maine opportunity center.

Key Highlights:

Position Summary:

The Site Manager at Families Forward is responsible for leading all aspects of exceptional day-to-day service delivery at their assigned Opportunity Center(s). This may involve managing a team of staff, overseeing workflow, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and expectations.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Collaborate with the Regional Director to manage a high-performing team that prioritizes the needs of individuals served and achieves exceptional outcomes.
  2. Uphold and ensure that all employees within their Opportunity Center(s) are fully informed of agency policies and expectations.
  3. Run reports in Fedcap CARES and use data to plan daily and weekly tasks and create longer-term strategies for site achievement.
  4. Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure compliance, quality, and adherence to standards.
  5. Responsible for the hiring, orientation, and training of employees.
  6. Communicate effectively and transparently to ensure staff are aware of policy, program, and agency changes.
  7. Recognize and escalate concerns that may compromise operations and contractual obligations.
  8. Coach and support staff in developing the skill sets and knowledge required to excel in their jobs.
  9. Provide regularly scheduled supervision for direct reports and conduct a staff meeting at least once a month.
  10. Evaluate staff performance and identify needed training and professional growth opportunities.
  11. Coordinate all site operations, including logistics, facilities, staffing, and adherence to program model and workflow.
  12. Investigate and provide follow-up and mediation for program participant and staff concerns.
  13. Manage site calendar and PTO requests from staff to ensure coverage and business needs are met.
  14. Review and approve mileage and reimbursement requests to ensure their accuracy and adherence to agency policies.
  15. Represent Fedcap and Families Forward with all stakeholders and in the community in a positive and professional manner.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher education preferred or in lieu of education, multiple years of relevant equivalent experience.

Program management and supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Non-profit experience preferred.

Demonstrated track record for building and developing community partnerships.

A valid driver's license is required.
