Job Summary

The Residency Program Coord 2 will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the psychology internship program, including administrative support functions for the Section Chief, Training Director, and psychology interns and fellows. The coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with APA standards and accreditation requirements, as well as managing the program's budget and resources.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate annual meetings with faculty, interns, and site directors
  • Track post-graduate survey results and maintain up-to-date knowledge of APA policies and procedures
  • Manage intern and fellow management system, including tracking duty hours and monitoring compliance
  • Coordinate and schedule intern and fellow events, including conferences, retreats, and BLS training
  • Assist in the development of intern remediation plans and prepare letters of recommendation for graduates
  • Provide office support for interns and fellows, including coordinating marketing activities and communication for program recruitment
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of professional or administrative experience, including a minimum of 2 years of educational program experience. The candidate should also have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.
