Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Carolina Therapeutic Services. This role involves providing one-on-one behavioral interventions with children, youth, and adults receiving specialty mental health services in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participating in treatment planning processes to develop effective intervention strategies.
  • Providing direct home-based behavioral health services and support, including family therapy.
  • Assisting team leaders in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collaborating with community and natural supports to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in a human service field with experience in MH/DD/SA services or a substance abuse professional with supervised experience.

Salary: $18.25 - $22.75 per hour.
