Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Art Therapist to join our team in Lancaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $74,000, plus benefits, including health insurance, PTO accrual, and professional development opportunities. We also offer hourly pay structure PLUS commission on claims.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation as per company policy.
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week, providing excellent customer service and collaborating with the team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Qualifications
- A master's degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
