Job Title: Automation Specialist - Robotic Process Automation

About the Role:

TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking an Automation Specialist - Robotic Process Automation to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will collaborate with line of business partners to analyze business processes, determine improvement opportunities, and develop solutions using platforms, including but not limited to, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code, Process Mining, IDP and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using RPA and other technologies.
  • Collaborate with line of business partners to determine requirements and develop high-quality builds on time and on budget.
  • Develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet defined requirements.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges as a self-starter.
  • Deliver high-quality work and meet aggressive deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Technical Bootcamp or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of RPA using Automation Anywhere.
  • Software Development experience.
  • Passion for technology and learning new tools and frameworks based upon project work.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
