Automation Controls Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced automation controls specialist to join our technology development group. As an automation controls specialist, you will be responsible for developing PLC code for new automated manufacturing cells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom automation solutions using PLC code
- Collaborate with our technology development group to deliver automated systems
- Design and plan control logic architecture
- Experience with industrial networking protocols and ABB Robotics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in automation, electrical, computer, mechanical, or software engineering
- 5+ years of experience in developing custom automation
- PLC Ecosystems expertise (Rockwell PLCs, Servo, and Safety)
- Proficient with Structured Text/Function Block/Sequential Function Charts
- Experience with controls hardware including sensors, remote IO, servos, safety devices, machine vision, barcode readers, HMI
