Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements for implementing new or improved processes/systems.
- Challenge business units to think outside conventional processes and promote efficiency.
- Identify business strengths and opportunities, offering recommendations based on research for areas of improvement.
- Advise business personnel on current or potential information system capabilities to solve business problems or enhance operations.
- Plan, organize, and deliver work sessions for gathering business requirements.
- Document the consensus from business requirements using tools like context diagrams, flowcharts, and project plans.
- Proactively manage changes in work request scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar position in the IT field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel, etc).
- Proficiency in organizational skills and time management.
- A competitive hourly rate of $30-$33/hour.
