Position Overview

We are expanding our dedicated team and are in search of several full-time Behavioral Support Technicians. Candidates must have completed the required training and possess a valid certification to be eligible.

This role involves center-based care, with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) available on-site and all necessary materials provided. There is no travel required.

The Behavioral Support Technician is tasked with delivering individualized and group instruction to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or those facing behavioral or skill acquisition challenges. All instructional activities will be guided by a BCBA or an appointed supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement tailored plans for individual clients to enhance skills and mitigate challenging behaviors.
  • Collect and document data regarding client progress during sessions.
  • Assist in preparing materials for client interactions as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to classroom staff in best practices.
  • Availability is required Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An associate's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
  • One year of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
