Position Overview

Are you passionate about making a significant difference in the lives of individuals? At Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services, we are seeking dedicated and empathetic Behavioral Support Technicians.

As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will deliver personalized in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related challenges. This position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours of pay each week, providing financial stability even in the event of cancellations. Enjoy a flexible work schedule, ideally from 3-8 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to work on Saturdays.

We prioritize the professional growth of our technicians by offering supervision hours under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Furthermore, we provide both initial and ongoing paid training programs to equip our technicians with the essential skills needed for effective ABA therapy.

Your key responsibilities as a Behavioral Support Technician will include:

  • Applying evidence-based behavioral strategies to encourage positive behaviors and skill acquisition in individuals with diverse needs.
  • Collaborating with families to offer guidance, support, and training, empowering them to implement strategies at home.
  • Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, utilizing a collaborative approach to deliver tailored care.
  • Keeping precise and comprehensive records to monitor progress, enabling data-informed decisions that lead to successful outcomes.
