Key Responsibilities- Consulting: Demonstrate exceptional work and time management skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions. Utilize industry-leading tools and methodologies to drive business results.
- Business Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in the insurance industry, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients. Develop and implement new strategic solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Business Development: Generate a minimum of $1.5 million in revenue and manage a minimum of $1 million in revenue. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- People Management: Supervise and develop a team of consultants, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success. Identify and resolve internal problems to drive business results.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and inspiration to consultants, driving a culture of excellence and innovation within the firm. Participate in the Business Unit Steering Committee to drive strategic decision-making.
- 4+ years of management consulting experience, including 2+ years in team management and business development/sales.
- Strong knowledge of life and health insurance products and related processes.
- Extensive experience in the transformation of customer experience, sales, pricing, underwriting, policy administration, and claims management of key life and health insurance products.
- Deep knowledge of and experience working with technology-enablement, automation, and digitalization of life and health business processes.
- Ability to identify gaps with leading practices and implement process improvement across life and health insurers' processes and related data management processes.
- Deep understanding of key regulatory expectations related to the sales and distribution of life and health insurance products.
- Ability to drive relationships within C-Suite and other senior executives to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree a plus) in Business/Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, etc.
- Growth-focused professional with a proven track record of exceeding personal revenue goals through exceptional client delivery.
- Proven track record of originating sales pursuits and closing sales, creating solutions to complex business programs, operational excellence, and strong understanding of consultative sales approach.
- Based in New York and eligible to work in the United States.
