Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients and visitors courteously, assessing their needs.
  • Check in patients, confirming and updating insurance and demographic details in our systems.
  • Prepare patient charts prior to appointments.
  • Manage appointment schedules in accordance with office policies.
  • Send confirmations and instructions to patients promptly.
  • Handle incoming calls, screen inquiries, and relay accurate messages.
  • Organize and file patient records and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy work environment and waiting area.
  • Attend required meetings and uphold patient confidentiality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Shift Details:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No weekends or evening shifts.

Qualifications:
  • Two to three years of relevant office experience.
  • Familiarity with insurance providers and medical terminology is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Education:
High School Diploma required.
