Health and Wellness Director

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nursing professional to oversee our resident care services at Quail Park of Lynnwood. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated care professionals and ensuring that our residents receive safe and effective care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
- Develop and implement service plans that honor residents' personal histories, interests, and abilities.
- Uphold compliance with state regulations and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Provide training and guidance on dementia care practices and other nursing topics to ensure our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
- Actively participate in marketing and networking activities to promote our community's programs.
- A licensed nurse (RN, LPN, LVN) with a strong background in community-based care, especially in dementia care.
- A leader with prior supervisory or management experience in healthcare settings who excels in team member development.
- A professional who communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive community atmosphere.
- A detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and documentation skills, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our residents.
