Health and Wellness Director

Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a compassionate and experienced nursing professional to lead our resident care services as a Resident Care Leader. This role requires a strong background in community-based care, particularly in dementia care, and the ability to inspire and lead a team of dedicated care professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of care professionals to provide safe and effective care tailored to individual resident needs.
- Contribute to strategic decisions and operational excellence as a key member of our management team.
- Develop and implement service plans that honor residents' personal histories, interests, and abilities.
- Uphold compliance with state regulations and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Provide training and guidance on dementia care practices and other nursing topics to ensure team readiness.
- Participate in marketing and networking activities to promote our community's programs.
- Current state nursing license in good standing and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- In-depth knowledge of dementia-care practices, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel), current CPR/First Aid, and Food Handlers credentials required.
- Must meet all health-related requirements for state licensure and pass pre-employment screenings, including criminal background check, drug, and TB testing.
