  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of care.
  • Training and Development

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Current state nursing license in good standing.
    • Strong background in community-based care, especially in dementia care.
    • Prior supervisory or management experience in healthcare settings.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations.
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
