Job Description

Quail Park is seeking a dynamic Resident Care Leader to oversee our resident care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Inspire a Team: Lead a team of dedicated care professionals, ensuring that our residents receive safe and effective care tailored to their individual needs.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Contribute to strategic decisions and operational excellence as a key member of our management team.
  • Service Plan Development: Develop and implement service plans, ensuring consistent engagement with residents that honors their personal histories, interests, and abilities.
  • Compliance and Safety: Uphold compliance with all state regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance on dementia care practices and other nursing topics, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
  • Marketing and Networking: Actively participate in marketing and networking activities to promote our community's programs.
Requirements:
  • Licensure and Experience: A licensed nurse (RN, LPN, LVN) with a strong background in community-based care, especially in dementia care.
  • Leadership and Development: A leader with prior supervisory or management experience in healthcare settings who excels in team member development.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: A professional who communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive community atmosphere.
  • Organizational and Documentation Skills: A detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and documentation skills, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our residents.
  • Problem-Solving and Representation: A proactive problem-solver who can represent our community positively and professionally.
