Nurse Care Specialist

Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information to ensure accurate and timely care.
- Provide wound care and nursing interventions to promote healing and prevent complications.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care is provided.

Qualifications:
- A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- An interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill.
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
