As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.
  • Support patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
