As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our services to real estate professionals, including Realtors, Lenders, Attorneys, and other real estate service providers. Your primary goal will be to create and implement a successful marketing plan that will lead to growth in revenue, increased visibility, and enhanced reputation for HouseMaster.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure phone coverage during business hours
* Follow existing HouseMaster script for telephone and personal contact with potential clients and referral partners
* Drive to a minimum number of offices per designated time period
* Schedule “office talks”
* Attend industry networking functions
* Compile and distribute marketing give-a-ways
* Book home inspections
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of business, sales, or marketing experience preferred
* Degree in Marketing or Sales (college student is acceptable)
* Proficient with computers and social media
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Effective, versatile, and action-oriented
* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with business relations
* Valid driver's license
* Reliable transportation
