Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Lead the development and solicitation of business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills. Proven customer service experience; strong guest-focused mentality.
