The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in managing various administrative functions related to human resources, while also contributing to special projects as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process updates to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for employee status modifications and record adjustments.
  • Ensure that all supporting documentation is securely stored in the appropriate electronic employee or HR folders.
  • Timely report necessary changes for bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Handle monthly benefit enrollments and provide timely updates for payroll processing.
  • Review monthly benefit invoices for accuracy and process payments as scheduled.
  • Execute internal termination processes in accordance with established protocols.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor daily call-offs and update the system to report absences to supervisors.
  • Address general employee inquiries and escalate HR-related issues to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
  • Uphold a positive representation of the Company through professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Comply with Company Confidentiality and Security policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of human resources best practices, procedures, and principles.
  • General awareness of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage sensitive HR information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to HRIS systems.
Education and Experience
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in a related field; SHRM Certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a human resources-related role is required.
Salary Range

$22.00-$24.00
