Job Summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at our corporate headquarters. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our front desk operations, ensuring all calls are promptly answered and routed accurately, and greeting associates, vendors, and clients with a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including mail distribution, ordering supplies, and maintaining the HR break room.
  • Ensure all calls are answered and routed accurately, and respond to phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet associates, vendors, and clients with a positive and professional demeanor, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education helpful.
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience required.
  • Prior call center experience highly preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to maintain organization and accuracy, and work independently.
  • Experience with business software programs, applications, and tools required.
