HRIS Support Coordinator

The HRIS Support Coordinator is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR Information Systems. This position is responsible for providing functional support for our HRIS, with a focus on ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, or ADP Recruiting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline support for HRIS related inquiries, primarily using ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, or ADP Recruiting Manager.
  • Respond to and resolve tickets in a timely manner via the Halo Ticket Help Desk system, ensuring employee issues are addressed promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the HRIS Systems Administrator or external support when necessary.
  • Guide employees through system processes such as timecard issues, employee onboarding, registration, recruiting process, login and system tasks.
  • Provide resources for end users to maximize their use of ADP systems.
  • Manage and prioritize the HRIS Help Desk ticketing system (Halo), ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee requests.
  • Monitor trends in support requests and report recurring issues or opportunities for system improvements to HRIS leadership.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of ticket resolutions and ensure the help desk knowledge base is up to date.
  • Assist with regular HRIS system updates, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Support ongoing configuration and system enhancements, including the rollout of new features and functionality within ADP.
  • Participate in system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting these platforms: ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, or ADP Recruiting Manager in a help desk or support role.
  • Understanding of HR, Timecard or Recruiting processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience providing remote support via virtual tools (e.g., MS Teams).
