Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their insurance journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Handle a variety of general insurance tasks, including issuing auto ID cards, processing endorsements, and providing evidence of property insurance coverage.
  • Assist in completing new and renewal applications, meticulously reviewing and assessing client needs to ensure accurate and comprehensive coverage.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain meticulous records and data integrity within our agency management system, adhering to established workflows and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License or the ability to obtain one promptly.
