Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team at Behavior Treatment & Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adequate and appropriate scheduling and coordination of our clinical department to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate therapists' schedules with compatible clients
  • Confirm and update therapists' availability schedules
  • Communicate with therapists and clients regarding session cancellations and changes
  • Schedule new referrals to the appropriate therapist based on client location, service area, and availability
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and sorting mail
  • Respond to emails and other written communication in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager and supervisors to improve scheduling processes and services

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience (1 year preferred)
  • Spanish and English fluency required
  • Driver's License (required)
  • Fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI)
