We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to coordinate and perform diagnostic radiographic examinations at Sutter Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform a wide variety of quality diagnostic radiographic examinations.
  • Assist in the performance of procedures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiation safety, and radiographic equipment operation.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a Joint Commission-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT - Radiography certification upon hire.
  • CRT - Certified Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire.
  • RHF - Radiology Fluoroscopy certification within 180 days of hire.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification upon hire.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
  • Prior work experience in an acute care facility.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of technical factors and radiographic views.
  • Proficiency with multiple computerized systems.
  • Proficiency with picture archiving and communicating systems (PACS).
  • Knowledge of and compliance with Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements.

Work Environment:

  • Varied shift schedule.
  • Short hour schedule.
  • Variable days of the week.
  • Every other weekend.

Pay Range:

  • $55.85 to $70.13 per hour.
