As a Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute various programs, services, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review and analyze strategic approaches and effectiveness of support functions and business performance
  • Perform assessments and develop solutions to complex issues
  • Make decisions in complex situations and facilitate decision-making and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence and guide less experienced staff within the group
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Experience with Commercial/Corporate Real Estate Construction Project Management
  • Ability to assess stakeholder needs and build solutions
  • Experience overseeing and driving teams toward schedule and budget goals
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
