About this role:

This position is part of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product group in Commercial Banking at Wells Fargo. We are seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to lead user L1 support of a Client Insights platform in partnership with an offshore team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth continuous operation of the platform by addressing key end-user issues within predefined SLAs.
  • Complete root cause analysis of issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on production defect resolution.
  • Contribute to product backlog intake process.
  • Support deployment of new features, updates, and/or patches.
  • Assist end-users with system navigation and functionality questions.
  • Provide support for end-user access problems or data integrity issues.
  • Maintain documentation on issues, resolutions, and SLAs.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve end-user experience and system stability based on ongoing monitoring and feedback.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Experience with agile SDLC and Jira tool.
  • Knowledge of Walk Me tool.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics Sales CRM.
  • Experience with Commercial Banking core data dimensions and sales process.
  • Ability to work effectively with Developers, Testers, PMs, QAs, and BAs supporting development.
  • Ability to work effectively with Commercial Banking Bankers and Product Partners (End-Users).

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Pay Range: $96,171,800.00.
