Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team at McKesson Medical-Surgical. As a key member of our Enterprise Strategic Accounts group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with our customers to drive revenue growth and account retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement master strategies for customers in collaboration with our FVP
  • Manage and build C-suite level relationships to drive customer satisfaction and financial objectives
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within strategic customers
  • Work across McKesson business units to identify areas of growth in Strategic Accounts
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development within the healthcare distribution market
  • Proven track record of consultative selling at the C-suite level
  • Knowledge of Strategic Account market segments, including infusion, laboratory, home health, and clinics
