Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team at McKesson Medical-Surgical. As a key member of our Enterprise Strategic Accounts group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with our customers to drive revenue growth and account retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement master strategies for customers in collaboration with our FVP
- Manage and build C-suite level relationships to drive customer satisfaction and financial objectives
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within strategic customers
- Work across McKesson business units to identify areas of growth in Strategic Accounts
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development within the healthcare distribution market
- Proven track record of consultative selling at the C-suite level
- Knowledge of Strategic Account market segments, including infusion, laboratory, home health, and clinics
