Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Support. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Greet clients warmly, engage with them, and facilitate interaction with our Sales and Design Consultants.
  • Logistics and Administration: Manage client information, log traffic, and distribute walk-in customers to Sales & Design Consultants.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in person, and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Quote and Order Management: Assist Sales Design Consultants with quotes, check stock, and process sample check-outs.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom appears tidy, maintain the reception area, and order supplies as needed.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Conduct price checks, stock inventory checks, and place follow-ups on sample orders.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all customers are helped, happy, and provided for, and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Deliverables
  • Sales RX Follow Through: Greet clients properly, build rapport, and ensure all necessary information is collected.
  • Daily Huddle: Participate in daily meetings to discuss tasks, progress, and any challenges.
  • Activities Completed: Ensure all non-completed work is completed, and tasks are tagged for follow-up.
  • Open Tasks: Monitor and manage open tasks on the home page.
  • Response Time: Respond to clients within 48 hours, and ensure emails and voicemails are responded to within 2-4 hours.
  • Pending Meetings: Schedule and manage pending meetings individually.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and inviting attitude with clients.
  • Client Sign-In: Ensure all clients are signed in and information is recorded accurately.
  • Walk-in Distribution: Distribute walk-in customers to Sales & Design Consultants as per guidelines.
  • Rapport Building: Develop rapport with major accounts and ensure their needs are met.
  • Sign-In Reports: Complete sign-in reports accurately and daily.
  • Phone Etiquette: Answer phones in a timely manner and follow proper phone etiquette.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high percentage of customers are helped and satisfied.
