About the Role

Cambria is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Kent, WA. As a key member of our Sales and Distribution Center, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the overall look and brand of the showroom, ensuring a premium and welcoming environment for trade partners and consumers.
  • Plan, manage, and host events within the showroom, collaborating with the Sales team to drive sales and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with field sales employees, providing design solutions and supporting their sales efforts.
  • Maintain sample and marketing literature inventory, updating supplies and submitting expense invoices in a timely manner.
  • Effectively service local business partners, supporting their sales efforts and driving traffic to the showroom.
  • Conduct outreach to potential trade partners and influencers, generating leads and establishing connections to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom traffic and engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers on product attributes and differentiators.
  • Represent the Cambria brand and product, presenting sales and marketing programs and materials to customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Associates degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • One year of experience in retail or showroom, with a background in commercial or residential industry preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suites, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
