Job Title: Showroom Sales Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Support to join our team at Architectural Ceramics. As a Showroom Sales Support, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, facilitating client interaction with our Sales and Design Consultants, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients with a warm welcome and ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
  • Distribute walk-in customers to Sales & Design Consultants according to guidelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in-person, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sample check-outs, quotes, and orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring tile samples are properly stored and the reception area is tidy.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the showroom, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including ordering supplies, conducting price checks, and sending out control samples to vendors.

Deliverables:

  • Sales RX Follow through: Ensure all customers are greeted properly, receive a quote, and have their information recorded accurately.
  • Daily Huddle: Participate in daily meetings to discuss sales progress, address any issues, and set goals for the day.
  • Activities Completed by End of Day: Ensure all non-completed work is completed, including tasks assigned to sales staff.
  • Open Tasks: Monitor and manage open tasks on the home page, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  • Response Time: Respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours, greet customers within 15 seconds, and respond to emails and voicemails within 2-4 hours.
  • Pending Meetings: Schedule and follow up on pending meetings with customers and sales staff.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintain a positive and inviting attitude with customers.
  • Ensure all customers are signed in and information recorded accurately.
  • Distribute walk-ins according to guidelines.
  • Develop rapport with major accounts.
  • Complete Sign-In Reports accurately and daily.
  • Answer phones in a timely manner and follow proper phone etiquette.
  • Ensure a high percentage of customers are helped and satisfied.
  • Generate positive online social media reviews.
