Job Summary:
The District Sales Manager is responsible for the overall performance of multiple Spirit Halloween stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink. This is a seasonal position that starts in July and typically ends in November.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Spirit Halloween stores, including sales, payroll, and employee relations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Recruit, train, and develop sales teams
- Control expenses and maintain a high level of customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales and operations leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
