We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our team at Trigild. As an Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a diverse portfolio of distressed assets in receivership. About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding position requires a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate finance and commercial lease terms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans for each asset, ensuring financial performance, timely reporting, and proactive repairs and maintenance. Additionally, you will work closely with internal and external teams to maximize property performance and stabilize assets for their next phase.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management activities, including leasing, financing, managing tenant improvements, capital investments, and dispositions, is required. Experience with distressed assets, particularly class C and B properties, is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for each asset
  • Ensure financial performance, timely reporting, and proactive repairs and maintenance
  • Assist with conducting transaction analysis and support due diligence for new acquisitions
  • Negotiate leases and renewals throughout the portfolio
  • Maintain compliance with all lender requirements
