About the Role

This position offers a competitive salary of $30-$40 per hour, making it an attractive option for individuals looking to advance their careers in the property management industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Maintenance Service Group, ensuring that all aspects of maintenance are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes managing service requests, maintaining apartment communities, repairing or replacing equipment, and providing training to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Operations: Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and painting repairs.
  • Service Request Management: Manage and prioritize service requests from residents, collaborating with teammates to resolve issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and training to junior staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of quality and safety throughout the community.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Possession of O7B Electrical Certification and EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) preferred.
