We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Director to join our team at Verity Credit Union. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lending, risk management, and strategic planning.

The Financial Services Director will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our consumer, real estate, and business lending services. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies to manage loan portfolio risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving innovation through product development.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing high-level lending strategies aligned with our vision and mission
  • Leading the development and expansion of consumer, real estate, and business lending portfolios
  • Managing loan portfolio risk and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Driving innovation through product development and technology adoption

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in lending, with at least 7 years in progressive lending management within a credit union or community bank. A proven track record of managing consumer, real estate, and business lending portfolios is essential, as well as a strong background in loan origination, underwriting, processing, and servicing functions.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
