Family Service League Inc. is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor for our Mental Health Clinic in Central Islip. The successful candidate will provide clinical and administrative oversight, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group supervision to staff, interns, and limited permit holders.
  • Ensure access to services, improve health outcomes, reduce preventable hospitalizations, and emergency room visits for our clients.
  • Audit charts according to NYS OMH and COA regulations.
  • Manage crisis situations as needed, including on-call.
  • Attend routine supervision/team meetings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or related field required.
  • LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, Ph.D./PsyD or licensed professional in a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior experience working in a mental health clinic setting, including serving clients with co-occurring disorders and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and EHR experience required.
  • Valid and clean NYS Driver's License required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
