Site Reliability Engineering Manager

The Site Reliability Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers in Klaviyo's Boston office and remotely. This includes helping individuals develop and execute SMART goals and personal development plans that align with Klaviyo's goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of engineers, developing and rolling out engineering-wide processes, and successfully leading and delivering security infrastructure projects. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
