Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels, including forecasting, ordering, and tracking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including field leadership and sales teams.
  • Partner with distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods.
  • Conduct regular audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalable and cost-effective growth.
  • Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to close, ensuring timely roll-out of new devices and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Business Operations.
  • Six Sigma, CSCP, CPIM or other applicable supply chain certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in navigating cross-functional teams.
  • Mobile industry or consumer electronics retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter, able to add value without specific direction.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful storytelling.
  • Objectively able to look at available information and make recommendations.
  • Positive attitude and ability to adjust as changes occur.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Advanced to expert proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
