At StaffChase, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions that drive business agility and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that meet business objectives.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, including forecasting, ordering, and tracking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including field leadership and sales teams.
- Partner with distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalable and cost-effective growth.
- Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to close, ensuring timely roll-out of new devices and initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Business Operations.
- Six Sigma, CSCP, CPIM or other applicable supply chain certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating cross-functional teams.
- Mobile industry or consumer electronics retail experience strongly preferred.
- Self-starter, able to add value without specific direction.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful storytelling.
- Objectively able to look at available information and make recommendations.
- Positive attitude and ability to adjust as changes occur.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Advanced to expert proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
