Job Summary

Marksman Security is seeking a highly skilled Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a keen eye for detail.

The Security Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data to identify failures in processes, thefts, and loss of products. This includes manufacturing, warehouse tracking, customer delivery, and customer product returns and claims.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop metrics and goals for programs, present information to security leadership, and review operational claims, failures, or damages.

The Security Analyst will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing emerging threats to warehouses, LTL and FTL lanes, and assessing, predicting, and proactively identifying threats and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop analytics, reports, and communications related to transportation and logistics
  • Review and analyze data to identify failures in processes, thefts, and loss of products
  • Develop metrics and goals for programs, present information to security leadership
  • Track and analyze emerging threats to warehouses, LTL and FTL lanes
  • Assess, predict, and proactively identify threats and risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Operations, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop metrics and goals for programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Access required
